Urban Iron is the best place to get a full body work out. In 45 minutes you get a cardio and strength training in a fun challenging work out. Each work out is unique and the best part is they meet you wherever you are in your fitness level. They will customize the work outs just for you. I have a bad hip and they modify my work outs for things I cannot do. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and create new work outs daily. They are never the same, so you will not get bored. Urban Iron has a family atmosphere and is very inviting to new people. Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or you are in top shape Urban Iron has you covered. Hands down the best fitness club to join!!!

Amazing gym! Workouts are amazing and doable at all levels of fitness - they always have modifications for different fitness levels, injuries, etc. The atmosphere is unbeatable - everyone is so supportive and it feels like a family. The instructor are top notch and always finding new ways to challenge the class. Try it out - they have a free week - you will thank yourself for it!

Urban Iron is an amazing gym!! I have worked one on one with Dena and have taken classes from her and all of her coaches!! They are hands down some of the best!!
