SandVenture Aquatic Park

Fantastic sand bottom pool. Like going to the lake without the seaweed and muddy beach. Very nice sand and they let you build a monster sand castle or puddle in the sand. Mostly 2 - 3 feet deep, the middle gets to 5 feet deep. Many smaller water slides and one huge water slide. Snack bar with food and drinks and many covered areas for this bright hot days.

What a Great place for younger kids! The "pool" has a smooth pebble/sandy bottom and is shallow enough for my eight year old to feel safe, there is a gradual slope to a deeper end so no unexpected drop off! They have 1 large slide, 2 small tube slides into a deep pool and 1 small tube slide for the little ones to use. There are showers and a small concession stand for snacks and plenty of lifeguards on duty ensuring everyone is safe. Small admission fee is required to enter but it's a very small price to pay to go and have some Big family fun!

🌞 What a refreshing place after being at a yucky lake a few weeks ago! My husband and I took our boys there for a birthday and were quite impressed with the atmosphere, water slides, and large shallow area for the littler ones. Will definitely go again! 💦

It's a pretty good sized sand-bottomed pool inside a park. Water slides,diving board and has been absolutely necessary lately 🥵. Life guards on duty also concessions but you could bring your own meal.
