“I went to the Verizon store in Northfield on December 1 looked at a product had questions about an upgrade and was assisted by Natalie who is very knowledgeable and Nick who also assisted me I had looked at another product while I was there. Natalie had guided me through the product and informed me that it was a good product. It was on sale for the holiday season. When I went back on December 2, Natalie knew exactly what I was there for. I walked in the door and she says you’re here for your speakers I said yes she was more than friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable and helped me set it up the service was outstanding.”
