“I love this cemetery. Great grandparents, grandparents, parents, aunt, uncle and friends there. Even have a plot for myself. PEACEFUL and I LOVE that we can plant flowers right in the ground. It wonderful going to water and visit. Now if they would just quit ripping up my perennials every fall, I’d be really happy.”

“Beautiful Jewish cemetery. Although the graves are closer together than Christian or secular cemeteries, this one is more spread out than most Jewish cemeteries. There's much more room to walk around through the different sections. The oldest grave that I could find was from 1914”

“Beautiful old cemetery with many large tombstones, close to each other. It's old enough that trees have grown up around the tombstones. A few have been tipped over, which is sad. Our ancestors are a part of who we are. Disrespecting ancestors disrespects ourselves. Some may say that these are not their ancestors, but we are all related. We are all one. Few places is the commonality of our fate more apparent than in a cemetary”

“The entire process of families and casket arriving, lowering casket, positioning the casket to center, the cement lid, and just placing the dirt back on top was very smooth today. Although staffs only talked among themselves and with the funeral owner, they were very respectful and patient with the cultural difference and process. Thank you! The cemetery itself is also very clean.”

“Nice old cemetery established in 1875. There are many tombstones in sections and many grave markers in other sections. So it's areas that can be mowed easily, and areas which require edging tools. Many of the names and writing are German, so I'm guessing that this was a German cemetery”

“Big cemetery with big tombstones. Lots of space. Good place to go for a walk. Personally I find it to be a little too spacious. Dead bodies don't really need that much space. I much prefer Jewish cemeteries where the graves are one after another, as tight as they can get them.”

“I was nervous on picking out my fireplace Stone because Gordie seems a little aloof at times... When we couldn't find the color palette we wanted, he created one based on our wants and desires... And he nailed it! picking up my fireplace stone I also was a little bit nervous because he never responded to my emails telling him the specifics of the shapes and sizes we wanted... But he nailed it again... I gave him four stars because he did forget our hearthstone, but he made it right by discounting our bill... I will purchase from him again.”
