Due to the home being totally renovated, and going through the loan process, Mr Leclair guided them through every step of the process from start to end. Mr. Leclair, during this difficult process forwarded them his personal mobile number so they could be in personal contact if the need arose.
Mr. Leclair took the extra steps and was in communication with their financial institution and providing them with all the information they needed.
The home is complete and they feel fortunate that they had a competent and skilled insurance agent on their side that took care of every aspect of their insurance needs.
