Everyone of them I spoke with was very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and very helpful! They went above and beyond then I could have ever imagined. Instead of using a jackhammer to tear my basement apart, they only had to do it in 2 areas, just enough to cap off the pipe on each end of the pipe that was rotten. They ran a new pipe in my ceiling, which not only fixed my pipe issue, but saved me $13,279 from the original quote I was given. The other company basically stated that ripping up my basement and paying $15k was my only choice. Thank you to everyone at Bruce Nelson Plumbing, will definitely call whenever I need a plumber.”
