(September 5, 2018, 10:32 am)It's an ice rink park with a warming house on the intersection of busy roads. There's a small unpaved parking lot, and a porta-potty. There are no other amenities. This is not a park for summer play. In Circle Pines, there's an ice rink which contains basketball hoops and tennis courts so that it can be used all year round, and seems to be a much more efficient use of space.
