The salesman, Chris, was really helpful and patient with me (I was anxious about a moving to a different state for the first time, not to mention during a pandemic) which I appreciated, and he and the coordinator Liz were very responsive and efficient, two things I really appreciate. The lead mover, Erich, was super cool and friendly, and we actually had fun with him! He was a great conversationalist while also very time efficient. He was a true professional, and I was so thankful for that since it was my first time with all of this stuff.
