I’ve grown up doing sports, done club memberships, a different CrossFit gym (wasn’t a bad experience - but what you don’t know, you don’t know), and home workouts…the 3 months I’ve been here have been great! I’m a small business owner and truly applaud the effort and passion it must have taken to build the community, level of expertise/knowledge from coaches, consistency, streamlining, and support I feel and see on a daily basis.
