“LaMettry's Richfield performed excellent work on my Audi. An uninsured driver sideswiped me in July, and I wasn't sure a repair would get it into the shape it was. All I can say is, the quality of the repair is excellent, and I'm pretty pleased with the results. I was thinking I would dump/sell the car after this incident, but it was repaired nicely so I think it's worth keeping. The only thing I could say there would be potential to complain about is the quality of the finish on the wheel repair. However, I haven't brought this up at all and I'm confident that if it does bug me enough to ask them about it, they'll find a way to take care of it. Excellent communication from this team as well, all through the process.”

“The Maaco in Richfield is awesome! Kristen and Mark were so pleasant and helpful to work with. They fixed my door dent and - while I was at it- had them paint and stripe my whole car. It’s a bit of a story- so if you want the details read below. I had a small dent in my car- and figured I’d get some estimates- but honestly they were the only place that could just give me one- fast! And honestly the way it used to be- walk out- take photos and boom- estimate. I always wanted to paint my car a different color- so I had them quote me on that / trunk door insides and all, so it looked like original. Kristen was really helpful and patient with my 10 million questions and Mark (The owner!- yes for Real!) came in and offerd to do the striping. I love it! Quick shout out to Napa who helped me get a custom mix that Kristen figured out how to mix at their /shop. I’ll post photos here in this review if they let me! The silver was before!”

“Brought in my car because I have been having battery/electrical issues. I work two jobs and I am a full time student and car problems is the last thing I needed. They took my car and worked on it a day earlier than they promised to see it. After finding nothing wrong they sent me home with my car without overselling me anything or making up any problems. After about a week, my car is still completely normal and acting fine. John's Auto in Richfield will be my first go-to from now and my recommended choice for how trustworthy, quick and kind all the staff has been.”

“Honest...I will be going to them for all repairs I can't do my self, as well as tires. I thought I needed a new starter for my 2004 Honda Civic hybrid 5-speed. It would have cost $400. Got a call from owner saying "your floor mat was stuck under the clutch. It starts now." He did not HAVE to do this...and I'd be none the wiser. THAT is the difference between good and excellent!”
