“Buckle up, this is a long one! I almost didn't write this review because I selfishly don't want to share this HIDDEN GEM! I've been needing a new Massage therapist for a while, so I found Amazing Massage on Google. I called around 3pm asking her when I could book an appointment and she got me in at 6:30! 10 minutes into the massage all I could think was that I felt like I had been on the table for hours! She found tension in places I didn't know I had! Lulu's technique is unmatched. I've been to a lot of massage therapist, and she is hands down, the best I've ever had! I choose the deep tissue which was painful at times but by the time I was done, I felt like I didn't have any bones or muscles. It's like she knew exactly what my body needed. I'm sorry for this long-winded review but I have never felt so lucky to experience a session like that. I even cried a little after from all the release of tension. I cannot wait to go back!”

She provides exceptional customer service and is extremely kind. She took the time to explain all of the different services offered with my membership and showed me each room. I have dealt with some not very friendly TT employees before, so I greatly appreciate her. I choose to go to this location because my experience has been better than any other.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Megan! I was very nervous about getting lash extensions for the first time. She listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and I am incredibly happy with how they turned out. I wanted a more natural look but wanted emphasis because my lashes are so light. She also did a great job on my eyebrow tint. I feel like I am saving so much time now getting ready in the morning and am even comfortable without any makeup!”

Prior to our first showroom visit, I read reviews from many different brands, asked friends about what they liked about their hot tubs, and read "professional" spa experts articles. Our first showroom to visit was Hot Springs in Plymouth. Mike was our salesperson. He did an outstanding job. He asked great questions to pinpoint the best spa (size/layout) for our family. He helped us to appreciate their quality and why their spa's are so different from others. I'm glad we started our visits with Hot Springs because when we visited other brands it was clear to us that the others were subpar. Not even close. We paid a little bit more, but it was so worth it. As for customer service...beyond 5 stars. I called numerous times with questions and each person went above and beyond. A few even gave me their personal cell number in case I had a question after hours. Keep in the mind, they weren't my salesperson. The hot tub materials are of the highest quality. I'd strongly recommend buying a Hot Springs product.”

“Just had my first session today at 4pm I am beyond satisfied with the service provided 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the way around. From start to finish. She was so attentive, caring and very professional. Her energy is divine. The setting is such a peaceful place I didn’t want to leave. She explained every step and gave me knowledge About my skin, all the products and tools she used. Not once did I feel pressure to do anything I didn’t feel I needed. My skin is glowing. I feel like a million bucks I can’t wait to see what she does to my skin in the next 6 months. My friends right away notice my glow and asked what I had done. And I quote “Girl. Your skin looks great. What have you done?” I definitely recommend this establishment. She’s got a customer for life.”
