I stop going to this location years ago due to the terrible customer service. I was in the area and needed a screen protector for my new phone. It was almost closing time, Higinia was the best! She helped me with my screen protector and gave me helpful information based on her experience with the phone. By the conversation, you can see that she enjoys what she does 😊

This is the only Tmobile store I'll visit from now on because of Javier and Karen. I had the pleasure of having them help me and start to finish was seamless, quick and positive. Javier is so helpful and had the answer to every one of my questions. He is truly an amazing guy! Thank you Javier and Karen for making the process enjoyable. Tmobile is lucky to have you guys as employees.

Great service by the morning staff. They were both polite and attentive as soon as you walk in the door even when they both had some customers. The gentleman listen to the things i wanted on a phone and gave me options on phones and made suggestions. They both made the process easy and smooth I highly recommend this store. Yall have a great staff and their customer service was impeccable.

I came to this store to exchange a phone and Julio was the person that took care of me. He was very polite , helpful, and friendly always had a smile and explained to me everything step by step. As for the rest of the crew here they ladies were also very friendly and polite and helping customers immediately. In and out fast... 100% recommend coming here to this store.
