While I was working on my own stuff during open gym, he was working with a few adaptive athletes. As another CF-L3 Coach, I appreciated the way Josh was working and interacting with those athletes. He knows his stuff!! The gym is extremely clean and the members I met were incredibly nice. Would highly recommend joining this gym and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town!”

“I began training at MYO a few months ago after seeing the results my wife was experiencing from her MYO training. My workout history has been a series of dismal failures: not knowing how to train followed by injury followed by quitting. The trainers are such great coaches on form and technique. I am pushing by body further and seeing results without injury. I am over 50, so body building is not my goal. This is strength training for real life, and I am noticing an improvement in all kinds of daily activities. I also like that I can train in my work clothes and head straight into the office, which makes it easy to keep MYO as a priority in my schedule.”

The staff there were very helpful, right on task, friendly, accommodating, even humorous when left the party as we thanked the front check in desk! “Wonderful pilates studio with a great instructor. Pilates is a great low impact way to get active - especially if you are just starting out. And Bodiology is a great place to learn. The studio is conveniently located off of 394 with plenty of parking. Inside it has high ceilings, skylights, hardwood floors with boho carpets and a fireplace. It’s warm and welcoming space. Not intimidating and cold like so many gyms! The instructor, also a Catherine, is patient and really cares that you learn and take care of your body. She is great at explaining everything and matching the speed at which you learn. I really enjoy working with her! Check out her Groupon specials for beginners, but make sure the times work for you before purchasing :).”

“I am very grateful for Club Pilates during this pandemic. I tried working out at home but it was very hard to be motivated and consistent. When I saw that Club Pilates was open, clean and safe I signed up and was happy to see several of my old instructors who I really enjoyed like Dawn. “For the most part I am overly pleased with the Planet Fitness Hopkins location on hwy 7. Other than a couple small instances of rude employees or employees that spend half an hour in the massage chair area watching a basketball game when my GF was waiting to use some of the facilities, this place has been phenomenal. The vast majority of workers are very attentive and greet any question with a smile and positive answer and are more than willing to drop what they are doing and assist a customer in need. The place is very clean as well. We love going here.”

“I have been to a many CrossFit gym over the years and this one by far is the best around. Not only does it have top notch equipment but what really separates CrossFit Minnetonka is the staff and the community of members. First off the staff is always super helpful when you have questions or will give you pointers. It really shows that they care about their members and they want you to succeed and get better. The community at this gym is amazing - everyone is super friendly and it is easy to make new friends. This gym also does awesome events and parties which are a blast! I recommend this place to everyone!”

“When driving across the United States you still have to stop and eat. We always plan far head with our stops to try and find the best places to eat when road tripping. Fast food is okay, but when given the opportunity to eat at nicer restaurants we always make the attempt. We were a day into our journey leaving from California and this was our next stop. We arrived just after the main lunch hour and there was a short line to get some food. Quite a different experience than I was expecting but It was oh so delicious. You actually get in line and pick out all the food you want, you're served and then go sit and eat. Kind of like a cafeteria but for the best smoked BBQ foods you'll ever eat. Let's just say we were stuffed at the end of our meal we weren't ready to get back on the road! We needed a good long walk to help digest all the food we had just eaten. Next time through we're making the effort to stop again! One of the best BBQ's I've ever had.”
