“I own a heavy duty truck repair shop in Monroe, Ohio. I recently purchased shims for three axle alignments from Stempf. The pricing was good and the shims were delivered to my shop quickly. The only problem I had was that I wasn’t able to just go online and order for delivery. The site isn’t set up for e commerce unless you set up an account with them first. I had to make a phone call to order what I needed. I bought enough so that I won’t have to order for a while. “Bought a new V plow for my 08 Silverado 3500HD dually and it was heavier than my previous plow. I needed to lift my front end and found ProRyde online. I saw they were only 5 minutes from my house so I went over to check them out. They were in the process of moving to a different location but still found the time to help me out. I ended up going to there new location a few days later and buying the torsion key leveling kit. I had mentioned that I didn't have a torsion bar unloading tool so they went in the back and grabbed me one to borrow. I got the kit installed in a few hours and it did exactly what they told me it would do, my plow sits at the perfect height now, rides great, and looks a lot better without the wicked front rake it had. The owner and his wife are two of the friendliest people I have ever met and I will be using them from now on.”
