“There Is a guy that works there and his name is Nathan..., well let me say I score him a 10+ for customer service. 10+++++!!! It’s so hard to get excellent customer service these days. I for one am passionate about customer service and believe a dying restaurant could turn around with top notch customer service. People like to feel special and when they do they will always associate that feeling with the business that made them feel that way... HENCE Nicollet Diner for me. Without a doubt I won’t shop around looking for my breakfast. I will dash pass my breakfast always with Nicollet Diner. I had a problem or rather a dilemma and he corrected it with an A-1 attitude and it was solved in no time. He even called back to confirm everything was correct and my breakfast was on its way.
