Going into the meeting I was quite upset at the recent notice that my homeowners insurance had gone up nearly 20 percent for the 2nd year in a row. Anne is an extremely kind and patient person and managed to put me more at ease. However, my main question was never answered. I still want to know why my rate had gone up so much compared to other policies with different deductibles. I'm certain that she or one of her staff will reach out to me again. I just want an honest answer.”

“Friendly staff - I love being recognized when I come in by the paint swirl master - haha - it’s a side project one of the guys has - finding beauty in simple swirls of paint before they mix together. It’s just personality that you find in a place like this. Sure it’s probably a little more expensive if you buy everything there; but you probably won’t walk out with a bunch of impulse buy BS like I always do at Menards. Im pretty sure I come out ahead and can rely on the advice of the people. Great experience guys!”
