“I am going on my 11th month training with Travis. Before that I was going to the gym regularly but not getting anywhere near my fitness goals. At that time I was under 170lbs and about 17% body fat so skinny but didn't have much muscle. I finally decided to invest in myself to help reach my goals and I'm glad I did. Within no time i was over 170lbs and 13% body fat and noticeably more muscular and and toned. With the right diet and the programs that Travis creates each and every month have helped me finally see results and my fitness goals getting closer and closer each month (180lbs and 10-12% body fat). Travis always has an answer for any question I have and always has a way of creating workout plans to help with what I am struggling most on. He's not the kind of trainer that just watches YouTube videos of lifts and then tells his clients to do them without knowing why or if it will actually help them or not. He really knows the ins and outs of the body and what lifts to do with each client and their unique needs and goals. He does his research and it definitely shows in his work. I would definitely recommend Travis to anyone who has fitness goals, whether that be to lose weight, build muscle, or train for an event of some kind. “Why not 5 stars? - The staff likes to argue so it’s best not to dine in. - They are pretty good at answering the phone and taking your order. - I tend to only order what I know will be good, such as their Dragon 🐉 and Phoenix is my favorite meal in this establishment. - This isn’t traditional/authentic Chinese food, so don’t expect that, it’s just like chipotle not being traditional/authentic Mexican food. - The food my wife and I order has a good balance of veggies and meat most of the time and stays hot. - I would recommend the Dragon and Phoenix extra spicy 🌶️, it’s really not that spicy 🌶️, but add the punch I enjoy in meals.”

“Grizz cut my hair and took his time. Making sure it was even and looking right. He new the product he was using for washing my hair, and talked about what each was supposed to do for my hair and scalp. Did a wonderful job and made my day. Don't think I ever had this nice of a haircut before. I look at it and can't see any defects or faults in it. He knows what he's doing. I recommend everyone to go check them out!!!!!”

“Derrick Sheffield was wonderful in every way. My mom passed away unexpectedly on February 9th, and on February 11th we met with Derrick, and he walked my brothers and I through everything, for we've never had to plan a funeral service before and were clueless to what we were doing. Derrick walked us through every step, every stage, every piece of paper, he knew everything on the top of his head, he awnsered our silly questions, he never once rushed us, or made us feel like a burden or a bother to him, he took his time with us through every stage, he talked with us, he even made us laugh in a time where we all really needed a laugh. My mom and I were very close and I would always ask my mom where she was, it brought me comfort to know where she was and that she was safe, and I expressed this to Derrick. He made sure to tell me when my moms autopsy was completed, when she was signed off to be releaaed by the corner, when she was picked up from the corner, when she arrived at the cremation location, when her cremation was completed and was ready to be picked up and when she arrived at the funeral home. He asked if I wanted my moms hair tye. He was very attentive to how my family and I were feeling and our concerns and he made sure to help in anyway he could, like emailing me where she was at all times. That is something I will forever be grateful for, because the anxiety I felt during that week was unmeasurable and Derrick helped ease some of that anxiety. The day of my moms service all the other staff was wonderful, they made the flowers that were sent in look beautiful, they placed my moms urn beautifully in a flower arrangement, they were very delicate with her urn, they moved her into a locked office after the service to make sure she was safe and out of reach of others. The music was great and on time with her service. They allowed me to bring in our own clergyman. The food was delicious. The cook staff was kind and expressed their condolences to us. All around, Washburn-McReavy in Hopkins did an amazing job. In every way. It was beautiful, it was peaceful, it went smoothly, it fit all 100+ of us for her service, there was no confusion on payment, date or time. I highly recommend this location and especially Derrick. He deserves a raise! Thank you Washburn-McReavy for everything .”

“My mother has been a resident at Grace Homes since December of 2009. She was struggling after suffering a stroke and has been bed ridden ever since. The past six years have brought dramatic changes to her lifestyle, but with the supervised care she has received at Grace Homes, her condition greatly improved. Being 93 years of age, she is still able to enjoy activities at the residence, maintain a healthy diet, receive 24 hour staff support, all in a home like atmosphere. In general, our family is very thankful and fortunate for securing Grace Homes for my mother's well-being.”

“My mom stayed here for a little less than 2 weeks after surgery to mend a broken wrist and femur. We did a ton of research trying to find a specialized nursing facility with good reviews. Augustana was one of our top choices and we were fortunate that they had a bed available upon her discharge from the hospital. I was a little apprehensive after a tour of the facility (it is definitely old and there are not many bells and whistles). The rooms are small and basic (albeit clean and functional). But I assure you, do NOT judge a book by its cover! My mom received amazing care here! From the nurses to the PT and OT staff, everyone she encountered was kind and caring. She loved the daily activities and the home cooked meals. She is hoping to volunteer at Augustana once she is physically able. If you are looking for a facility to entrust your family to, I would highly recommend Augustana Chapel View”

“Great place! The people are very friendly and put me at ease. I feel like a valued patient and not just another number. Their building is very nice and designed for your comfort. There’s a separate place for billing and payment after your appointment (separate from the main check in) as well as a consult room. The dental assistants also give you a numbing gel before giving the shot which helps greatly. Dr Seaverson gave me an honest second opinion after I consulted my former dentist and he recommended what to do that was best for me, not what would cost the most. Really love this place and highly recommend it.”
