Jim Lupient INFINITI

I purchased a certified Infiniti here back in 2016. From that purchase on, every time I came here, my car was treated right. Through several oil changes, maintenance and warranty repairs they did great. This time I had the pleasure of working with Ross and he was an excellent customer advocate (I mean he listened to my concerns and worked for me rather than selling me something I don't need). Every advisor I met here during the last 7 years were similar. This is a place I trust my car with. My car and I thank Mr. Ross and Jim Lupient.

Came to my home, picked up my QX60. Serviced it, did a maintenance check and returned it to my home after washing it as well!! Great communication from service department during the whole process. Thanks Jim Lupient Infiniti!

Ross, Michael and Moe were very helpful while my car was serviced. Using their individual experiences nailed down a small issue that was intermittently happening with my car. Very friendly and I left with a smile on my face. Thanks guys!

John Seter was such a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly and patient and we appreciated his honesty and expertise. We hope to work with him in the future again!

Happy with the overall cleaning and repairs but I was unfortunately the victim of a week of busyness with low staff to where my car was not ready when I went to pick it up nor was there communication regarding the delay, and I went an entire weekend without a car or a loaner when I had plans with my kids. Was given $100 off my bill and an apology/explanation which helped but did not make up for the inconvenience of an entire weekend without a vehicle (I had dropped it off on a Monday for a fairly routine repair and my car wasn't touched until the next Monday). I may return but will certainly try other dealerships first.
