“I'd like to start off by saying that the shop manager Ernesto was an amazing dude that provided great service for me. I went in this morning because I was having issues with my battery and Ernesto said I have nothing to worry about and he'll take care of me, and he did! Every single thing done to my car was ran by me first, and I was involved with the entire process from start to finish. I was in and out of the shop in half an hour and that included topping off my fluids, testing my battery to make sure that that was the problem I was having because my car wouldn't turn over consistently, replacing my battery, and changing my oil. He even told me about preventative maintenance that I could do for things that he could see being a problem possibly in the future. Ernesto had to have came back into the waiting room to where I was at least five or six times to update me on the progress. I've been to the shop at good handful of times in the past 6 or 7 years, and overall I've had a great experience but Ernesto today really went above and beyond what he needed to do for me. There are still a handful of things I need done to my car that I didn't get done due to me being on a time crunch, but I will definitely be going back to have Ernesto and his team do it for me.”

“The staff is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to satisfy the customer, and find the most financially friendly option for the customer. I came in as a walk-in for a consultation regarding a small paint job. The gentleman came out and inspected the paint scratch. He returned to the shop area, came back outside with a bottle of paint and applied the paint to the scratch. Not only did the paint match perfectly, when I asked how much for the service he said no charge, as it only took a minute. I've been a frequent customer of the Midas shop up the road. They recommended I visit this Caliber Collision for any body work servicing needs. I now understand why this location came so highly recommended. Thank you all!”
