I bought a book of prepaid oil changes and I like to use this location because they always inform me of any services that need to be performed soon.
Not all locations are this good. This particular location I feel more valued as a customer.

We needed new wheels and tires before leaving on a long road trip. The staff was able to locate quality and affordable wheels in town and get them replaced in 24 hours. Quality service and attention to detail - we will return in the future!

I've been taking my vehicles to Heartland Tire in Champlin for years. Hunter and Josh and the entire crew are excellent to work with. No matter if your concern is large or small, you can trust that you will get honest, professional and thorough service here. They are upfront about cost and won't 'sell' you services that you don't need. Yet, they will educate you and let you know if they notice anything that could become problematic so that you can make an informed decision. Safety is their number one priority and I always feel secure on the road after my vehicle has been serviced at Heartland Tire. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Rest assured, you are in excellent hands here!
