Chris did an awesome job taking care of my issue, and I have no hesitations to continue doing business with Gerber) The communication via email and text to get ETAs on glass repairs needs to be a little better. Personally I believe day of ETAs are not the best standard operating practice. That being said, everyone working here are great folks and I've had really good interactions with all the technicians.”
