“My guinea pig took a turn for the worse over night and I was referred to this pet hospital because they could care for him d/t him being a unique animal. They were able to get me in that day and when I called to tell them he was getting worse by the hour they were able to get me in immediately. Every single person there were compassionate, kind, caring, and really took there time to help us. Sadly our guinea passed but they were able to make our decision less traumatic, gave my children pamphlets on grief, and also made out little print keepsakes. I will be taking the rest of our pets here from now taking the commute from Eden Prairie because they are really that special of a place and will forever hold a place in our hearts.”

“Caring staff was able to fit my dog in even tho she was a new "patient." Vet was very knowledgeable and didn't run a bunch of expensive tests, which is what I was expecting him to do to figure out what was going on with my senior dog. Dr diagnosis was spot on, pancreatitis, and the medicines worked well so that my pup was feeling better in no time! A bit pricey for exam and 3 medications, but of course you get what you pay for in quality of care and I definitely felt the quality of care was excellent! Recommend!”

“We absolutely love NOVA for our two cats. We liked Dr. Jones so much that we followed her from another clinic! I am consistently surprised when she calls a few days after a visit to check in. She really cares about our pets. Our older cat has needed specialty food a few times, and the doctor and staff are always clear about their recommendations. Thanks to Dr. Jones' expertise, we were referred to a feline ophthalmologist and found out that our cat has glaucoma. Without this referral our cat could have lost her sight. Wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“We got our puppy in April of 2020 and were looking for a great clinic that had a puppy package. This clinic has exceeded our expectations. The staff is so kind and caring. They are always willing to answer all my questions as a new dog owner and see Bauer if an emergency arises. I know they treat my puppy right because he is always so excited to go to the vet. Having never been inside due to covid policies I feel relieved knowing that he is happy to be there. If you want a clinic that truly cares and knows your pet this is it!”
