“Great discounts, manager is super kind. Unfortunately the associate working as a cashier the morning of 06-10 (woman) had a really bad humor, I had to ask her some stuff twice and her expressions were just horrible. Does she ever smile to a customer? I’m very kind to associates all the time so it wasn’t me. I talked about it with my mom after we left the store and she agreed with me 100%. We also had our hands busy and we were trying to find the right size of t-shirts but we were messing up a little bit the pile, she came to us quickly as she saw struggling and she said “This is how you do it “ but taking in consideration her previous attitude I don’t think she was being helpful, she seemed more annoyed. 06/11 staff was walking around too much, I guess instead of having them over watching customers just have people watching the cameras if you guys are worried about shoplifting ? Cashier working on 06-11 was super kind too ( man ) .”

Bought a pair of safety toe shoes 5 months ago and had a seam tear causing the lace to break inside the shoe (weird design). After Matt inspected the shoe and he determined it was a warranty issue. Without hesitation he replaced my 5 month old shoes for a brand new pair. Was able to continue working with no down time without any cost. “Every time I walk into this J and M I am treated with a smile and a warm friendly hello! The quality of products are second to none, but the reason I keep coming back is because of the atmosphere. I am not sure if them knowing my name is good for me because it means I visit maybe a bit too much, but it is a nice touch. Staff focuses on the person rather than the outcome. If you are looking for a high quality family atmosphere that provide excellent shoes, boots, and apparel items this is the place for you. The staff even puts up with my crazy kids! “Mom here! My 8 year old wanted to learn to snowboard and I've been a downhill skier thus far. New territory for both my son and I! I promised to learn with my son and.... NO idea what we needed. First impression with the staff: Really good at listening to what we were going into and why. They were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable! I had questions from boards, bindings and boots to clothing, protection, waxing/sharping and outerwear. I can't emphasize enough how patient the staff was. I felt confident and comfortable with the help gearing up the both of us. In addition to that they helped with outerwear for my 10 year old skiing son Great group of folks here! Big box stores can't compare to the dedication here. I will be back when my kiddos grow out of their gear! Thanks Zombie Board staff!”
