“Our teenage son rear ended some traffic at a stoplight. The front end had considerable damage and we thought we would have to consider the vehicle a total loss. However, based on a friend’s recommendation, we sought an estimate of the damage and decided to seek repair as the damage was not as expensive as we thought. The vehicle is a 2009 Saturn Outlook which has 155k miles and has been out of production for many years. We authorized used and salvage parts for the repair. We had a small wait for the repair to start, but Phil’s gave us a reasonable time and noted that it could take longer to obtain parts. After the work started, Phil’s told us the cost would be higher as some of the salvage parts needed were more expensive than anticipated. When we picked up the completed vehicle, the final cost was slightly higher than the the original estimate, but lower than the revised estimate, which was a pleasant surprise. The work Phil’s completed was excellent. The whole front area looked like new, it was freshly detailed and vehicle interior was thoroughly cleaned. I appreciated Phil’s communication throughout the process letting me know the progess and when it would be done. This was my best repair experience EVER and I would give them 10 stars if I could. I most definitely recommend Phil’s for your auto body needs. Thank you Phil’s Auto Bobby for great repair and service. A job well done and would use their services again if needed.”

“Went for a quick oil change. Was greeted by a very professional guy who made me feel welcome and respected. An earlier phone call to them provided me the options and price and duration of the oil change. I was extremely happy to find out that I could bring my favorite brand of oil and filter and they would use it instead of their "house" brand. I watched as they quickly attended to my vehicle, cleaning up fingerprints, the underside, and more. They did this quickly and professionally. I felt really good about their work. I don't recall having this feeling at any previous service center I've visited. I typically change my own oil but decided the first change of my new too me 2006 Jeep Commander Limited was going to done by pros. I'm very happy with that decision. I would recommend ProTech Automotive for your next oil change. I plan on bringing my vehicle in for some maintenance and will update this reverie with that experience.”

“Awesome tint job. Got 20% done all around and it came out perfect! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone! He works fast and The tint really holds up I had my other car tinted for two years and didn’t see a single bubble or any peeling and I detail my car a lot some I’m constantly washing it and wiping the windows on the inside so not only does it get put on properly but it also lasts. 5 star job, excellent experienced work!!”

“My car Kia Soul drivers window got stuck! It took $140.00 to get my window unstuck and they sprayed the inside of the window track! Plus I live very close so I dropped my car off walked home. Then walked back to get my car, very convenient. I definitely highly recommend this place and I will be coming back! 😁”

“Haven't used their services, but I did checkout their playground. Overall it's a pretty decent playground. However, there's tons of trash all over the property and on the playground. There are nearby trash and recycling cans, but I guess people can't be bothered to use them. There's also a basketball court and small field there. Lots of parking space. No shade here!”
