He didn’t waste any time and was respectful of our home. He had to work in a very tight space and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Dylan and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They will be our first call in the future. Thanks!!
(July 31, 2022, 1:18 am)Dylan was professional, kind and knew his information! I was very thankful for his expertise. He worked till midnight to ensure my problem was resolved. This was priceless for me, so that my children and I could have hot water in the morning and no more water damage in the basement due to a leaking water heater. Additionally, the receptionist was very polite and helpful too! I was very happy with my experience!
(July 12, 2022, 12:37 pm)I got home from vacation on a Friday afternoon to walk in to my water heater had broken and there was water pooling around it. Dylan from Benjamin Franklin installed a new water heater that night. He was professional, helpful, and overall a nice person. Would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
Today Bill installed a new water softener. He was so nice and helpful. He took his time to explain things to me. He was timely and had wonderful quality.
Overall I would recommend this company.

I have a daughter with a disability and he was so very kind to her. He gave her a hug because she did not know why he was at our house. He went above and beyond.
(April 19, 2022, 4:07 pm)The Benjamin Franklin business and staff are amazing. Very pleasant to work with. As costly as projects are or can be, the 2 electricians and 2 plumbers I’ve worked with have been very open, honest, and down to Earth. I know my home will give them plenty of business and I appreciate the service, the representatives, and communications they offer and utilize to make these endeavors more relaxed. More businesses need the compassion and understanding they bring to the table.
