“I have never had a claims experience go so well. We had a water pipe break Sunday night around 9PM and called Mike’s cell phone at Ragnar and told him about it. First off, he answered the phone late Sunday night. Amazing! Then he went above and beyond. After giving us a few phone numbers of mitigation companies to call, he jumped in his truck and drove over to our home. I have had only one other claim, and no one ever jumped in any car and drove over to our house especially late Sunday night. He stayed and explained the claims process while we waited for the mitigation team to show up. After they did, he continued to stay until we felt better, and the mitigation team was wrapping up. Lots of agencies talk about service, well Mike really means it. I cannot express enough of the professionalism and the caring from Mike and the Ragnar Group.
