Upon arrival there is a phone number posted on the gate before entering give him your load ID he will direct you to the parking area and tell you to wait for a forklift operator to get the bills and instruct you where to go from there.”

“We purchased a new-to-us home a few years ago, and it was in foreclosure at the time. The people that moved out did everything that they could to take anything that was not nailed down with them... and they even took some things that were nailed down too! The living room fireplace is a Heat 'n Glo model and it seemed in good condition -- just needing to be cleaned. Since Heat 'n Glo is owned by Hearth & Home, we contacted our local Hearth & Home store for the inspection and cleaning. The Hearth & Home technician was excellent. After cleaning and inspecting the unit, he stated that the prior owners had not left us with a full compliment of log AND they had removed/taken the fan unit. He was able to order what we needed and came back about one week later to finish the installation. Once back up and running, the fireplace works very nicely and it looks great. based on our experience with this Heat 'n Glo unit and the Hearth & Home technician that helped us, we wold not hesitate to purchase a product from them again or use their services.”

“3 years ago the dealer told me that the Headgasket was leaking oil on my Mercedes and gave me very expensive quote. I decided to have another shop by my house look at it. They said that they were not sure what was leaking but that it was probably the Headgasket. My dad told me to take it to Piston Pete's because they work on European cars all of the time. I brought it in, it was not the Headgasket at all. The job ended up being much smaller than the dealership said. My husband and I have a Mercedes, an Audi and a BMW. For the past 3 years we have taken all of them to Piston Pete's and we live 45 minutes away. Well worth the drive! The best shop that you will ever find for any make or model and any service that you need done.”
