“I can’t say enough about the ONX studio and it’s teachers. I tried many group fitness studios after having a baby, hoping to find workouts that would both challenge yet support me as I got used to my new body and strengths. I joined and canceled many memberships until finding ONX. The workouts are tailored to any and all abilities, and the best part is you don’t feel judged for modifying. The teachers are so empowering and positive, showing you how to get an awesome workout no matter how you want to move your body. It’s a great community and the workouts are so much fun, constantly changing so you don’t get bored. Bonus: the studio is absolutely adorable, parking is never an issue, and if you need a pick-me-up coffee post-workout, there’s a Starbucks across the parking lot.”
