Carly in the office has gone above and beyond with being helpful during my application process. Cannot wait to be apart of this town home community in July!

Update: After living at the Eagan Gables for 10 months, I am so happy with the living space. Everything is newly renovated, new stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, etc. Not to mention I have yet to hear a single neighbor through our shared walls. Any sort of maintenance request is handled promptly and efficiently. After renting in 6 other locations in my life, I have NEVER been happier.

3 YEAR UPDATE: 3 years later, we have purchased a home and are leaving Gables. It was bitter sweet as we enjoyed all 3 years of living here. Any and all maintenance requests were quickly and professionally handled, walls were thick and location was great. The team was more than helpful from start to finish. Both at the local office as well as at the Stephen Scott location (thank you, Stacy!). If you are looking in the area for a new place to live, this is definitely it.
