“I go there for chiropractic work and I will have to say I was pleasantly surprised at both the quality that is offered from the chiropractor as well as their depth of knowledge of not only adjustments but also massage, acupuncture, and all sort of alternative things. They really spent time helping work out what was truly needed and has helped with a lot of chronic pain that I've had for 15+ years. Over time it has drastically dropped from my entire back being a constant 7+ on the pain scale to mainly just my lower back being a 6+ while everything else is about a 1-2. I also feel the knots being worked on slowly over time with the massage before the adjustment. Hoping to eventually get the knots gone completely. They also charge a decent price for their services (only about $5 more than what I had been quoted at different businesses. But that extra $5 basically got a quick deep muscle massage before the adjustments. Which sometimes that massage does miracles, especially if something flares up really badly.) Also you dont have to be a LifeTime member which makes things even better. I know I was hesitant at first because I wasn't a LifeTime member, all you really do different is at the front desk you have to talk with one of the people at the desk and having to do a little sign in/agreement basically stating you're there only for the LifeSpa services. I have tried acupuncture here as well, while the acupuncture wasn't really for me, the esthetic and atmosphere were pleasant to just havs some time to try and relax in. Plus the acupuncturist made everything 100% painless and walked me through the process. One day I will get in for a true massage, I've only heard good things about the massage therapist who work at LifeSpa in Eagan.”

“I've been going to see Dr. Megan since 2017 when a friend referred me to her practice. She's very knowledgeable, professional, supportive and gentle. She listens when you speak, and offers ideas, suggestions & guidance regarding where you are in your health journey. She sent me some great videos to help with some specific things I was and wanting to work on. I've even been bringing my son since he was born. Having been born through a c-section his skull needed extra care so the bones would come together correctly and to address the upheaval of his spine.
