Recently moved into a home that had electrical work done by Luminous resulting from our closing agreement. When we moved into our home we found that a couple of outlets were no longer working that were previously working from our initial inspections. Saw that these outlets were likely connected to outlets that were updated from the closing work and contacted Luminous to see if they could possibly correct the issue.

To be clear, Luminous did not break these outlets. In fact they did exactly what they needed to do the first time around, only to everyone's discovery that these particular outlets were wired differently resulting in the issue.

Luminous still fixed the issue as a result of their warranty, and were incredibly professional, polite, and informative throughout the entire process. Easily will be my go to for any future electrical work.

Great experience working with Luminous. Friendly folks who were very respectful of our home while they did their work. The installed a replacement panel, sub-panel in the garage, and many lights and outlets - and they did all of that very quickly!
