“Nothing but great things to say about everyone at RRR! Our expanding family needed an expanded house and we were novices on remodeling. We knew we wanted to stay in the neighborhood and had looked into several different options to either remodel our house or move. After looking into everything we thought we had to move until the designers at RRR came up with a plan to add a story to our existing house. We were thrilled at the thought of staying and were so happy with the designs we got from RRR. We ended up going with the third drawing they customized for us and started in on the project. The experience they have really came in to the value of the entire project once we began. Their advice on every aspect of the project--which was a 9 month timeline so plenty of questions from us--was spot on, timely and well communicated. They even directed us to a banker who worked helped us through the financial aspect of everything is a great manner. The quality of the work, now almost 5 years after it was completed is exceptional. As with any project of this size there were small issues but those were handled quickly and they continue to provide support us with any problems that come up! We were so pleased with this project that when it came time to finish our basement we went back to them. That in and of itself is the best endorsement! From small jobs to entire remodels they do an excellent job with professional workmanship, attention to detail, and amazing customer support.”
