I applaud their efforts to keep the facility clean and safe through the COVID pandemic, it definitely made a difference with our selection choice. You can definately tell the Executive Director is engaged and wanting the facility to be a fantastic place to live, she returned my calls right away and also provided me with a follow-up response with my questions.”

“My 104 year mom has been a resident at Arbor Lane for 4 years. I cannot ask for any more kind and thoughtful staff. They are attentive to her needs and wishes. If she does not want to get dress on occasion at 104, they will put on a sweater or a button down the front sweatshirt etc to make sure she is warm and allow her to make that decision for that day. I appreciate that so much. In the past she has enjoyed all the activities that they offer. She now has very few teeth and they offer her soup everyday which she likes a lot. So again, that is just one way they are aware of her needs and take such good care of her. A big THANK YOU goes out to all the staff. From the caring floor staff to also the administration staff.”
