“For starters, I just want to say, hire this contractor to do your new siding or roof renovations because you will not be disappointed. Like many other folks in Oakdale, we had pretty significant hail damage to our roof and siding as the result of a bad storm in May 2022. We had no experience filing a claim on our homeowners insurance, and we hired a contractor that turned out to be a disaster. Luckily, we were able to get out of our dealings with them unscathed. Our insurance agent recommended Mike Swafford with A Team Construction, and after dealing with the previous contractor, Mike was like a breath of fresh air! It was evident after our first meeting that Mike had integrity, and we felt we could trust him, and that feeling bared out. He explained the whole process with reimbursement on an insurance claim and how that worked, so we felt at ease immediately. He had a great selection of brands and colors to choose from for both roof and siding. He made some awesome suggestions about color choices and schemes that were very helpful. The other thing about Mike is that he got back to me with every email, text, and phone call within a day. He is accountable and true to his word without exception. All of the jobs were done on time. The new roof and skylights were completed in one day in October, and we couldn't be happier. Everything was neat as a pin when they finished. The siding job with new gutters and trim was just completed in mid-May. We are BLOWN AWAY by how great the house looks. And, the crew finished it in three days! The crew was great, they did an AWESOME job and we could not be happier. You will not be disappointed if you hire A Team Construction to do your home siding and roof renovations. “Tyther Contracting is top notch. I was so impressed with the customer service all through the roof installation. We had suffered storm and hail damage. Pat from Tyther came out and met with our insurance adjuster to show what was damaged. Roy then helped me pick out our roof color. Our roof installation was scheduled. Hunter was our project manager and was well...top notch. The roofing crew did a great job and the roof looks great. The clean up was also impressive. All the roof tear off was cleaned up. And after the roof was installed. The roof crew and then Hunter ran a magnet around the house to make sure no nails were left on the lawn. I don't often write reviews. “In the Spring of 2021 we decided to move forward on an exterior remodel of our home consisting of garage doors, service doors, front door, several windows, stone, siding and all that goes with it. We had several contractor bids and signed with Brett at 1st Choice Remodeling. Brett was very personable, very knowledgeable about the products that would work best for our wants and was able to recommend houses for us to drive by to get better understanding of siding/stone colors. It is hard to picture these materials and colors on the house from a tiny swatch. Even with the supply chain delays and siding delays at the manufacture due to us ordering custom colors, Brett was in communication with us through the summer. He obtained the needed permits from our city, he advised us of product arrival ETA’s, dumpster arrivals, and stopped by now and again to check up on the progress of the job. The stone installer Mike was talkative and friendly. He took the time to find the right stone placement since they all came loose, not on a board, the end results looks wonderful! Matt the window/door installer was very dedicated to his work and we are very happy final product. Twin City Garage Doors installed our garage doors at a precise and lightening speed. Ben and his crew were meticulous! They worked diligently through all types of fall/winter weather to ensure we would be satisfied in the final work of the siding, facia, and soffit install. We are very satisfied with the final look of the completed remodel. If you are looking for a company with eye for excellent craftsmanship and great communication then you will appreciate Brett and his team at 1st Choice Remodeling.”
