“I can no longer drive and am trying to open a checking & savings account online this morning. I called customer service for help and was told I can't use my phone or tablet to complete my application. Was told I must come to nearest location. I mentioned I once opened an account online using my phone, but only problem was when I spoke to someone when doing it she lied and told me the bank was a short distance from me. I needed to know that information if I had any problems. I will try a few more times, or give up.”
