Super helpful and knowledgeable. Fast service, great prices. I made several calls to Pro Drinking Fountains to find the right water bottle filling station for our new preschool autism center. I started with Casey who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Each time I called back I asked for Casey and was promptly transferred ... it's a pleasure to speak to a company's customer service and get prompt service from people who actually work at the company.
