We obtained quotes from a few companies and MacFarland came back with a competitive price and very professional communications and service. The team on our job was both on-time for each phase and completed the work faster than estimated. Additionally, after we identified areas for touch up they made sure the concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and professional, start to finish.

MacFarland dispatched a team of 2 professionals both named Stacey to refinish our custom front door and repaint our sunroom. The work was completed in one day with excellent results. We were elated with the results and highly recommend MacFarland for quality workmanship.

We used MacFarland Painting for our home exterior and for our kitchen and bath cabinets. Overall, it was a great experience. We needed to have wood replaced on the side of our home and MacFarland did an excellent job repairing the wood prior to painting. All of the workers were extremely professional, cleaned up at the end of each day, and returned after the work was completed to take care of a few lingering issues. Also, I liked that some of the workers commented how much they enjoyed working for MacFarland, which says something about the company.

If I had one comment, it would be to do a better job of communicating. Based on the weather, we didn't always know if they were coming or not. Overall, the exterior was completed within a reasonable time frame, and the kitchen/bath were completed on time.

I would definitely recommend MacFarland and would use them for future jobs.

Fantastic experience.. Again! MacFarland is an excellent, customer-centric company. We were impressed from the first call with the professionalism and communication. All around a solid company with solid people. We had our kitchen painted by MacFarland last year, and then our front door/side lights this week. Both interactions were spot on. The work was perfect, and the experience was consistent. This company has it right; Great customer service, great results, and at a fair price. We have exterior painting, crown molding, and wainscoting as part of our upcoming projects, and we are again calling on MacFarland as our company of choice to do the work. They're coming out again next week to quote! Keep it up MacFarland!

The MacFarland team runs a very professional business with great customer communication. They are responsive to questions and are accommodating to customer requests. They achieved the outcome I was looking for and finished the project within the timeline given.
