This is an amazing place to start a wellness journey. The staff is helpful and respond to my requests and I feel valued there as a member.

Went there and rented the facility for an hour and a half for my daughter's birthday party. The staff was friendly and did a very nice job.

A real gym it's just a real old school gym you go in there to work out and lift weights it's nothing like it it's just the old school cool environment with some of the old school trainers in metro Detroit pops in and out of there some Legends do so if you want to see some Legends or Mr Olympians or Miss Olympians pop up in there sometimes 👍👍
