Farmer Johns is a good market
The Harper-Gratiot Multicenter hosts several Non-Profit organizations. There is a WIC office, an NSO office an organization that services children with special needs and a Head Start location that services low income families with children between the ages of 3-5.
This building helps children to learn and grow.and provide good food for them.

I had the glad opportunity to work at an event here that was geared towards signing up families to get their children into preschool. Daniel Tiger showed up and Michigan State University was on hand as well with their Extension Service. It was great to see Beaumont Health in appearance too.
The place is kept very clean and neat. It is run in a professional and caring manner. They have ample space and trained associates to work with the children at the location. They have an afterschool program. There is also a modern computer lab and trained instructors on hand.
It is a wonderful community resource and an all around great place to be.
