“I recently bought a vehicle here the service was excellent UNTIL I had a problem with the vehicle and tried to use the WARRANTY!! They don’t honor it and definitely won’t cover anything. I paid $2400 for this warranty and every time I went up there it was an excuse on why they didn’t use it, or why they didn’t honor it. Definitely scam vibes.. do not purchase an extended warranty here. Then told me to bring the vehicle back the day after signing and they will correct the electrical problem yeah for $690.00 so what’s the extended warranty for? Very unhappy customer do your research 🧐. If you were a good company you would have swallowed the cost I paid cash and I purchased 2 year warranty but nope 👎🏽 the warranty is whack. Wish I had gone somewhere else ☹️. **Part 2** Since the review, I am happy to say that XDrive reached out and is fixing the junction box as I am typing my recant for this review. See I am a Stage 2 breast cancer patient and wanted to do something nice for my son who graduated a week ago, and after having 3 surgeries since December 8, 2022 I wanted some normalcy in his life because what kid wants his mom go through what I did? So I thought buying him a car would make him happy and I am so happy that the part came in and they are fixing the problem with the vehicle. Thank you X Drive for putting your customers first over money!”

“This place is great if you come in to work on time and as scheduled. They pay employees for the hours they are there and not for the hours they are not there. Management really listens and has employed incentives for employees to show up on time and everyday they are to be at work. There is a large board that shows attendance of everyone employed and if you hit the full month with perfect attendance you get a small bonus added to your pay for that month. The biggest problem with working at this company is that there are far to many people who take zero pride in the work they perform, think they are special, do the job any way they feel like it, get upset when told their quality of work is poor, are careless and have no integrity. The few who do care do great work and it shows. As far as the social environment throughout the company goes it is great. Employees can joke with each other without someone getting their feelings hurt and management can be seen throughout interacting with all. No work environment is perfect or without its elements of stress and this company has its share but when it is hitting on all cylinders management notices and is quick to tell the employees thank you. The flip side to that is you can expect the same when things are not going like they should and employees walk around with the that's not my problem attitude.”
