(April 13, 2019, 12:27 pm)I've been with the owner of Plymouth Canton Pilates, Bernadette, since the beginning of my Pilates journey. I love the variety of workouts that Pilates offers and have personally done one-on-one Reformer training as well as group Mat classes with Plymouth Canton Pilates. The Mat classes are great for building core strength and when I want a little more challenge or muscle definition, I can take a private Reformer session with a personalized workout and hands on training. I highly recommend checking out Plymouth Canton Pilates!
