(May 26, 2022, 12:47 pm)I have no issue with the quality of services. When they miss a spot, they always make it right. My issue is their hours of operation. When i bought the monthly unlimited package, i assumed they were open 24/7 like the one on eureka and inkster. I will probably cancel my membership seeing that they are closed on my way to work and when im on my way home. Why not offer your membership customers a truly unlimited automatic wash like some of the others?.
Response: "clear wave" in taylor is very similar to water works. Except they are 24/7. And offer free vacuums. . And a free dry towel. Also, I was just sharing my opinion on what would make your business more convenient for me and people that dont work a regular 9-5. I wasnt suggesting your employees work 24 hr shifts. 🙄
(April 12, 2022, 12:03 pm)The monthly pass is a great way to keep your vehicle clean. They always have 2-3 individuals that pre rinse your car and brush the front and back windows. My only complaint is that the space they give between the vehicles going through the wash is to little and you almost feel you have to rush out of the wash so the car behind you doesn’t hit your car. The actual car wash is very good and gets your car very clean.
