“I’ve been attending fitness kickboxing classes for about 3 years now. The classes are both challenging and fun and I find the exercises to be a very rewarding way of decompressing from the work day. The instructors are awesome and they engage with everyone to ensure proper technique in order to get the most out of the workout. I’ve noticed quite a difference in my shape and I get a great core workout which really helps to ease the lower back pain that flares up occasionally. Love this place!”
