“Everyone was friendly and amazing. I trust Doctor's Jen and Anna very much. We had worked with both of them at Dexter Animal Clinic with our past baby angel (love Dexter Animal Clinic and staff, too. No shade.) Dr. Jen saved our old chihuahua with heart problems after the emergency vet said she should be put down immediately - she lived three more happy years! Today was our pups first visit, and it's January 2021, so I also need to add that they are doing an amazing job with covid precautions! Everything was curbside for humans. We were very impressed all around!”

“I came here for the first time and had a great experience. I was able to get an appointment when I needed one for my cat, the doctor and support staff are very kind and knowledgeable, and the service was fast. I like that they do curbside service so that my pet can wait in the car with me until a room is ready for them, so they don't see other animals and have a less stressful visit. Lastly, they did not push any unwanted or unneeded services on me. I would highly recommend!”

“We were looking for a Feline only clinic after we adopted our purebred Seal point Siamese cat. The breeder (Katz Meow Cattery) had a feline-only vet for all of her cats. We wanted the same and that one was too far away from where we live. Did a Google search and Bingo, Country Cat Clinic just a few miles away. Made an appointment for a first evaluation/meet and greet. Great location in a rural area with farms and horses. Nice quaint building. Very friendly staff. Julie the certified Vet Tech was really nice. Treated our Chelsea really well. Dr. Jennifer Travers was so nice, caring, and thorough in her evaluation check-up. Spent time just to get to know us and our Chelsea. Both Julie and Dr. Travers sat on the floor with our cat. Never had that before. Knowledgeable caring staff in all ways. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice view out the window. We are so happy to be here and will be coming back for all of our cat's needs. Thank you Country Cat Clinic. “So glad we took our sweet geriatric cat here at the recommendation of All Creatures Animal Hospital due to feline tooth reabsorption surgery complications. They were knowledgeable, informative, took extremely good care of our cat, were polite when we called with questions on aftercare, and we're easy to find and book time with to boot. I know when we visited they were overwhelmed with appointments and short staffed, but it didn't affect their level of care. I have highly recommendeded this group to many friends and will continue to do so. Our sweet boy would not be as happy and healthy today as he would have been without them.”

“Great experience! I did a lot of research choosing a vet for our cat and am glad I landed on South Arbor. Scheduling was quick & easy. The office was clean and comfortable The vet & office staff were all lovely. My cat was treated with such gentle kindness and he warmed up to them quickly despite being scared. Their checkin process allowed us to wait in the car until our room was ready which also helped relieve stress on our cat being introduced to a new environment. And I absolutely love the online portal that will help us humans keep better track of his medical records. Both human and cat had a great experience and I’m glad to say we’ve found our new vet.”

“This place has always done good by me, I'm not a huge fan of the religious push. The doctors make me personally feel bad for things I can't do, or afford or feel comfortable with. They push me with guilt ..but All in all kind staff reasonable pricing but on the high side. Late hours after 5pm most days, compassion for the animals...when it comes to spade and neuter they are comparing to HVHS in price. And now here are all my fur babies”

“I adopted an 11-year-old mutt who was scared of everything. New people, his collar and leash, and especially the car, they all terrified him. During the drive to the clinic, he was fearful and trembling and kept trying to get under my feet. A nearly dangerous driving situation. After the acupuncture, we had the most beautiful ride home. I swear I brought home a different dog LOL. Dr Mier is so insightful and knowledgeable and I am so fortunate to have her in my dogs' lives. This is my third dog that I have sought out her consult. It is not necessarily inexpensive for her services, but so worth it!”

“We are thrilled about the change of care for our pet. The new facility is conveniently located near our home and has a welcoming, clean, and friendly environment. Above all, the staff at Arbor Hills Animal Clinic is highly professional and caring. If you are looking for a new veterinarian, we highly recommend visiting and speaking to the staff to see if it is a good fit for you and your pet. We recently adopted a 5-month-old puppy and don't know much about her background. When she first came to us, she was very wary and especially reacted negatively toward my husband, perhaps due to abuse by her previous foster family. However, she has now settled down and accepted us as her pack. She even loves going on long walks with my husband. Our dog is also wonderful with our grandchildren, allowing the 1-year-old to take toys and food from her without hesitation. We appreciate the gentle approach of the staff during our dog's first visit. The doctor and technician took their time to get to know our dog by getting on the floor, talking to her, and giving her treats. Their approach was aimed at getting our dog to trust and enjoy going to the vet. We really appreciate their patience and approach because we want our dog to have a positive experience at the vet. “Our 10 year old German Shepherd Liberty was battling intestinal cancer in the late stages for over a week. Late Sunday night she started rapidly declining and by 2am we called this emergency hospital for euthanasia. We have never been to this hospital before but we were desperate for help asap. The staff was extremely compassionate, and worked with us quickly because it was so urgent. Grace met us at the desk and Kelly the technician processed everything very quickly. The vet Dr. Emily was incredibly compassionate to our situation and she did everything she could to make the process as painless as possible for all of us. Thank you so much to all of you for helping us through a terrible time. We are also very grateful to have the beautiful paw prints of our sweet Liberty.”
