All of my communications were professional and I was informed of my service date and they let me know when the truck would be arriving at my house. Jeff (their serviceman) emptied my 1500 gallon tank efficiently and was knowledgeable about septic tanks and systems. He was able to answer my questions and explained the condition of my tank and that it was in good shape. Jeff took pictures of my tank's risers to add to my file - it's so much easier if you know where to dig. I felt that Jack Spack Septic gave me great service at a good price.
