I have lived here for almost 2 years. I was very disappointed in the way it was previously managed as it seemed the place was not cared for & I had difficulty when trying to ask for needed things to be done. The current managers are sincere owners and are doing a tremendously super job. They have made many improvements to the community: removal of dead trees, trimming them so as not to damage homes, paving of roads & parking spots etc. A great blessing that they also have someone available for emergency situations and assistance with your home. I am grateful that is a quiet, safe place to live. There are new homes here that add to the beauty of the place.

Actually nice place, my sister lives here got a new trailer its beautiful problems with water lines tho, seems like a decently up kept place

Making a lot of improvements, rents are very reasonable owners are sincerely interested in making this a safe enjoyable living experience for all of their residents - keep up the wonderful work.
