“This place saved us. At a time we were desperately looking for a place to live since our previous home was sold we only had a few days to move. This doesn't seem like a difficult task but it does become one when you have a dog & cats, even more so when so many rentals wouldn't take our kind of dog (even though he was a elderly dog & we have a application for him). Luke the property manager was honestly such a delight to talk to and work with. When calling about the place it honestly felt too good to be true, we hit off immediately. Luke was extremely caring and so incredibly friendly he made it feel like our troubles just vanished. He was open & honest with us on everything and his team worked around the clock to get our place set up for us to move in. Even after we ran into one problem after calling Luke it was like 20 minutes later someone was there to fix it. AMAZING. I have lived in lot of apartments and condos but this place takes the cake. It takes the whole bakery. Moving to this place and working along with Luke has been such a amazing experience it was everything we needed. (And go Liverpool... 😂)”

“I’ve lived in this park for 25 years, originally thinking it would be a short stay. But later changed my mind when I realized it is a beautiful park and well managed with reasonable rental fees. It’s tree lined and nice space between trailers. It’s privately owned and strictly managed. It is not like the stereo type park. It’s close to shopping and freeways. It’s a beautiful setting for a family”

“New to the community, so impressed with Clarkston Lakes. I purchased an awesome trailer with new flooring throughout and a brand new hot water heater. They also paved a new and larger driveway for me! Looks awesome! After my purchase they left me a thank you card and a nice housewarming gift. Stephanie at the desk was so kind and went above and beyond for me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Tanya helped with my paperwork and was flexible with me. The wind had knocked some of my skirting, and I was worried because we were expecting heavy snowfall the next day. Maintenance after hours (Freedom) was there in minutes. I couldn’t say enough kind things about Freedom, she was educated in every aspect of how the trailer functions. She taught me so much. She was so caring, nice and considerate. Thank you Clarkston Lakes! So excited to be a part of the community. I have enjoyed every interaction with every staff member I have met so far. Compared to the other parks I looked at, Clarkston Lakes literally blew them out of the water. From the customer service to the homes they offered. I am so happy.”

“Just moved here a couple months ago and love it here. And in Love with the schools even more! Have an autistic son who has done wonderful since switching districts and schools. This neighborhood seems nice and pretty quiet. Plus its nice they have a great playground and a fitness center on site which I haven't checked out yet but still nice and convient. Also cool they have community gatherings at the clubhouse which u can also rent out for your own events. And theres a splash pad they are opening next summer that they already started to build. All this place needs is a pool and it'd be perfect! Oh and the playground/splash pad is right by a lake which has beautiful sunsets even in winter!”

“Today was my second experience with this company and I have to say, they are fantastic! Previously they repaired water damage from a shower leak as well as under home damage caused by critters. Today was a water heater replacement. They are responsive, reasonably priced and provide quality work. The guys were professional and took care to make sure everything was tidy before they left! The experience from the beginning has been amazing. Vanessa (Director) is so friendly and has put my mind at ease since the first day I dropped off my daughter. The growth and development that both of my children show makes it easy to drop them off every morning. If you are in need of childcare- you've found it!”
