“Cannot say enough good things about the move. The guys arrived 10 minutes early . It was a rainy day (duck weather). Had a lot of antiques to move. After signing the paperwork they got started. They wrapped and protected my furniture from rain as they loaded. I already had all the small stuff packed.. and ready to load. Justin Sam & Andrew, had everything moved out and into into my new apartment in just 3.5 hours. They were careful and fast! Still unpacking and I see absolutely no damage to anything, not even a wrinkled cardboard box ! The move took 1/2 hour less than the estimate,which saved me money. “Went through the drive through around 1:20pm and I did not appreciate the way I was spoke to. The woman who took my order was like what do you want? Asked her to give me a min. please she was short about that. I ordered my first meal without much issue but my 2nd meal she questioned me wanting a plain bun on my beef and cheddar. She was giving me attitude as I was explaining yes I'd like a plain bun not onion. It continued as I asked to sub fries for mozzarella sticks and told her what my drink was. I know during this season some customers can be rude as well but I wasn't being bossy or salty and she was not a very pleasant person. The lady at the window was nice had she taken the order I'm sure I'd have a better review but till this gets addressed I think I'll be going else where.”

“I was torn between 3 & 5 stars, so I split at 4. U-Haul on one hand is a five star cause of extreme ease of renting trucks, storage, or moving equipment. On the other hand, U-Haul could have a 3, for no less than half employees that are on staff always seem disinterested in being there, can never reach a local U-Haul on the phone, and moving boxes are very high priced I feel.”
