I was very apprehensive about starting with a trainer because I've had the worst experience with trainers in the past at other facilities. At the Fit Factory it has been a life changing experience. The professional trainers here are very knowledgeable and care about your individual progress. There's no "one size fits all" mentality at this training facility. Every time I come for my session I'm challenged to do better than the last time in order to reach my personal body goals. I love it here and would recommend anyone to give it a try.

I have been going since this place has opened. I love the atmosphere and a great place to start your journey no matter what level fitness you’re doing. Trainers here are very knowledgeable and very patient to your needs as a client. You will achieve results at this results based facility. Also a very clean environment. Which during this time that we are living is a great peace of mind!

Working out with The Fit Factory has helped me, stay focused and feel mentally and physically strong. I have dropped 15 lbs and toned dropping inches as well! This place is GREAT and will help you get where you NEED TO BE!
