He is always keeping me motivated and pushing me to the next level. The gym is also always very clean and organized. Another bonus is they have a shake bar with plenty of delicious options. Now that I am in my early 60's I was looking for something that would allow me to keep my strength and add flexibility. I found it at Club Pilates! I like to push myself hard and the instructors know that I like a good push! They give you that "if you want to challenge yourself" option in almost every class and I find I now look for that extra nudge every time.
